Office & commercial movers in Los Angeles
Local or long-distance office relocation with premises insurance, no-charge COIs, and crews that have seen every kind of building in LA.
Office moves are different. We treat them that way.
A commercial move isn't a bigger residential move — it's an operations project. The building has rules. The furniture has assembly. The IT has cabling. The team needs to be back online Monday morning. We've been doing office relocations across LA for decades, and the difference shows up in the details.
- $1–3M premises insuranceBuilding managers can verify coverage directly. We carry the policy your landlord wants to see.
- No-charge COIsSend us the building's certificate-of-insurance template and we'll have it filed in advance — at no extra cost.
- Local & long-distanceOffice relocations across LA, across California, or across state lines — single crew, end to end.
- After-hours & weekend movesMost office moves happen evenings and weekends so the team doesn't miss a workday. We schedule around your operations.
What we move
- Workstations and cubicles (knockdown and reassembly available)
- Private office furniture — desks, credenzas, file cabinets, conference tables
- Server racks, network gear, printers, copiers, large-format equipment
- Conference rooms, training rooms, breakrooms, reception
- File rooms and lateral cabinets (full or empty)
- Specialty: vault contents, art, kilns, and medical/dental fixtures (ask)
How we plan a commercial move
- Walk-through. We visit the origin (and destination, if available) to map workstations, count cubicles, identify oversized items, and note loading-dock and elevator access.
- Building requirements. Many LA office buildings require COIs, freight-elevator reservations, floor protection, and specific service-hours. We coordinate directly with property management.
- Labeling plan. We provide colored labels keyed to the new floor plan so everything lands in the right office without guesswork.
- Pricing. Local office moves are hourly with two-hour minimums (just like residential); long-distance is flat rate in writing.
- Execution. Crew arrives uniformed, with the right truck size, the right pad count, and pre-printed COIs.
Frequently asked questions
Do you work nights and weekends?
Yes. The majority of office moves we do are after-hours so business continues Monday morning. Schedule with at least 2–4 weeks of lead time for off-hours dates.
Can you disconnect and reconnect IT?
We handle physical moves — disconnecting and reconnecting machines, bundling cables, and reinstalling at the new location. Network configuration, server reracking, and AV calibration are best done by your IT team or vendor; we coordinate timing with them.
What about packing?
We provide commercial packing materials — file totes, computer boxes, monitor cartons — and can pack the entire office or hand the materials off to your team. Most clients pack desks and personal items themselves and let us handle the heavy and fragile work.
Do you provide a project manager?
For larger moves, yes — a single point of contact who coordinates building access, crew schedules, and the labeling/floor-plan handoff.
Furniture & appliance delivery?
Yes — we handle both wholesale (volume pricing) and retail per-piece delivery for furniture stores and appliance vendors. Ask for our delivery rate sheet.
Planning an office move?
Book the walk-through 4–6 weeks before move day — earlier for floors over 10,000 sq ft.
